How we do business, written so you can actually read it.
Quotes are free and delivered in writing. The written number is the number you pay. Each quote states its own validity period on its face. If installation reveals work we genuinely couldn't foresee — hidden plumbing problems, for example — we stop and get your written approval on a revised number before proceeding. No surprise line items, ever.
Our promotional pricing changes periodically and is honored as advertised for its stated dates. A promo ending doesn't change a written quote you already hold within its validity period.
You can reschedule or cancel an installation at no charge with reasonable notice — just call. We extend the same courtesy: if we ever need to move your slot, you'll hear from us promptly and get first pick of the next available.
Equipment we install carries a lifetime equipment warranty, registered in writing at installation, with NSF-certified components throughout. Our workmanship is guaranteed: if our install leaks or fails, we fix it at no charge. Warranty terms travel with the written documentation you receive at install — that document governs.
Keeping salt in the softener, allowing scheduled filter changes, and not letting anyone else modify the system. Normal-use wear items (filters, salt) aren't warranty items — they're the oil changes of water treatment.
